1. About Equitell.ai

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Equitell.ai (the “Service”), available at https://equitell.ai.

The Service is operated by Equitelligent Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Equitell.ai is an AI-powered information and guidance platform for the equestrian community. It provides general insights, summaries, and decision-support tools relating to horses, riders, events, and equestrian activities. The Service is intended to support understanding and exploration — not to act as a definitive authority.

2. Eligibility and Children

You may use Equitell.ai if you are 18 years or older, or if you are under 18 and have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Service, you are responsible for their use and compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must create an account to access the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Equitell.ai operates on a paid subscription basis only.
  • Current price: £0.99 per month.
  • Prices may increase as features and capabilities expand. Any price change will be communicated in advance and will not apply retrospectively.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to the Service, including but not limited to user profiles, horse details, and comments or other descriptive information.

By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to submit it, it does not infringe third-party rights, and it is not unlawful, harmful, or misleading. You grant Equitelligent Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display this content solely for operating and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Equitell.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
  • AI systems do not guarantee correctness or completeness.
  • Any information provided should be independently verified.

Where Equitell.ai references rules, eligibility, classifications, or guidance from governing bodies or organisations, such information must not be treated as strictly authoritative unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant governing body. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

8. No Professional or Authoritative Advice

Equitell.ai does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, regulatory, professional, or financial advice. The Service is for general informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions involving safety, competition eligibility, or financial commitment.

9. Acceptable Use

  • You must not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
  • You must not attempt to bypass access controls or subscription mechanisms.
  • You must not scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.
  • You must not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if misuse is detected.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to Equitell.ai — including software, branding, design, and AI systems — is owned by Equitelligent Ltd or licensed from CiberFlow Ltd. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Equitell.ai available and reliable, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that features will remain unchanged. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if these Terms are breached, we are required to do so by law, or it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
